I largely agree here, with only one exception. I believe the reason R. Kelly hasn't received the Spacey treatment is because all of his victims were non white, predominately Black women. People will still watch old episodes of House of Cards the same way Kelly's fans will continue listening to his music. The biggest distinction is who the victims are.

Young high school girls between 16 and 18 often times look for and persue older nikkas because they think nikkas their age is too immature.
