I was joking. Yes, it was babble. I thought the "plan" was trying to motivate the AEW OGs. That happened at least on the first few shows. Then it was nothing.

Apparently Mox lost faith in the storyline when people didn't respond to him and the Riders working with OC, Page, White, PP and Darby. So after that they pivoted to Rated FTR because they were established stars. Now he's here with Swerve because he took is a former champion. It fell apart because no one took to someone new.
