You make a fair point, but in doing so, you also have to acknowledge the strong correlation between white nationalism/racism and libertarianism as political positions, regardless of what libertarianism says about itself in theory. The same problem is as relevant to you, just in starker terms.

I'm thinkin I'm not the lowest on the rung at my company, we got 10 teirs and Im at 8 which is the same level as middle management (though I'm not MM)... if our CEO had 12x my salary he's not approaching a milli... at that point whats the point of being CEO? imagine this at a company like a grocery store where the bottom employees are under 10 bux an hour...

i dont think a cookie-cutter formula like "<12x the botttom salary" will work for every company, but i definitely think its a step in the right direction.

That's pretty odd. Most of Northern Europe is overbearingly Atheist and by far the most irreligious region of the world. The other countries in that region have pretty similar views on policy so it isn't a religion thing.
