haha. i know. My boys ask me to go see artists everytime they hit seattle. I be like, "i'm coo, i got their shiit on my laptop."
Funny thing was the last artist i tried to see was Ye in 2006 (with ATCQ). Me and a couple of my guys didn't buy tix in advance, decided to before the show (cuz i didn't think Ye had that kind of following in a predominantly cac area like the northwest).
Boy was a fukkin' wrong. White people love tribe too.
Shiit was sold out.
Never looked back. Figured it was too hectic to go to a show.
But let me tell you this, since i never been to a real concert (that sprite remix shiit was more of a people watching event, nobody was paying attention to the music cuz everybody was high on something).
Although Stevie Wonder came here this past december and i fukkin missed out. Toto did last august but i got lazy cuz it was an hour drive.
I always consider myself a music aficionado, but when all my favorite artists start to age and stop performing/die out... i'm gonna really start to regret.
Now all the concerts i watch are via Youtube. LOL.
Maybe cuz i never really been to a concert, i don't know what i'm missing.
Especially a Kanye one.
