I went to that excuse for a restaurant 2 weeks ago. Me and my people were saying TIP should take his name off that shyt. Poor service, bad food, fake ass bottle service and all kinds of fukkery.

Ive worked for a black owned security firm that was worst than TOP FLIGHT SECURITY that did the same thing the owner would use the payroll money to go gamble and drink...

If u didnt cash ur check within hrs of receiving It u were azzed out

TI probably tried to pay nikkaz under the table. Many times the nikka probably forgot it was payday, grabbed some rubberband rolls of some money from his safe and sped up there to pay them nikkaz.

That's how it seems like he does busisness. No paper trail

I took a fukking paycut to work for that dude's security firm...simply for the fact he was a BLACK MAN ...the only black man I knew in my area that had his own security firm..i felt proud like I was part of something

breh had told me how he done locked down some good contracts and accounts in the city and the work was steady...

I felt proud.....yesss!! black business!!

but when u look at your paycheck and he done deducted money from your gross pay for Uniforms that you never received yet...

it pisses you off....
