If you don't explain to your daughter why her virginity is important then yeah she might turn into a whore. A lot of men can't articulate why its important. They either cite religious reasons or be on some its this way because I say so. Neither religion nor authority are good reasons to a teenage kid which is why like you said most tend to rebel. However, if you give your daughter good reasons for why she should protect her virginity then she'll do so because its not in a woman's nature to just give her p*ssy away to any guy that hollers.

What I would tell my daughter is the truth of how the world operates. I would not lie to her and say some bullshyt like only care about your inner beauty or that you have all the time in the world to find a husband.
