was it a temporary order of protection or written order. I happened to be a brother that's pretty knowledgeable when it comes to civics and law. Now, a judge can sign off on a temporary order of protection without the victim even cooperating or the accuser actually being a suspect. Charges do not have to be filed for it to be ordered. Case and point, I was jumped almost 2 yrs ago, I suffered a concussion and went to the hospital. A temporary order of protection was put out because 1. no communication from the victim 2. witnesses information were used 3. victim is hurt and need my information to complete their investigation. No charges were made or cooperation because it wasn't necessary.

If that's the case, then I'm documented snitch because the order protection on me is public record and I never filed one. How can I be a snitch when I never cooperated?
Wasn't T.I. lawyer also was the lawyer of Alfamega when he snitched?
