Naw T.I.P. is in a lane of his own if any of those artist he's closest to Pac but I wouldn't really compare him to Pac. Some of his music is way more introspective than most of Jay-Z's catalog. Jay didn't become as much introspective until pretty late in his career.

T.I. came at music from the angle of a low level drug dealer out in the streets selling dope to get by. Jay-Z was more like some type of drug kingpin.

I'm probably higher on T.I. than most here because I feel like he has a catalog that puts him in the upper echelon of rappers. Lots of people here shyt on him now as his influence has waned in the back end of his career. Stuff like Dime Trap to me is some of his better work.

He took the best qualities of each artist he named and created his own unique lane.
