Neither, it's a solid album from an artist who's been in the game as long as Tip has.

I been bumping this almost non-stop since it dropped. I came in thinking it was gonna be mediocre from comments here but it's nice. Again not his best album but it's an upper tier album from his catalog.

I'd put it up there with Trouble Man, I can actually let the whole thing play through until the end
