October 4, 2011: "I'm Flexin' feat. Big K.R.I.T." -- No. 66
October 20, 2011: "Hear Ye, Hear Ye feat. Pharell" -- UNCHARTED
April 3, 2012: "Love This Life" -- No. 81
May 22, 2012: "Like That" -- No. 113
July 17, 2012: "Go Get It" -- No. 77
October 16, 2012: "Ball feat. Lil Wayne" -- No. 50
November 13, 2012: "Trap Back Jumpin'" -- UNCHARTED

And now I have a feeling "Sorry" will flop.

:flabbynsick: for sure.

Used to be one of my favorite rappers, but it really puts it into perspective how the scene has changed when "We In This B1tch" with Ludacris, T.I. and Jeezy went stale.. but the version with Drake and a verse from Future took off. Things have changed.

Oh so you only care about sales? Tell me where an artist like Ross has charted with each of his singles? No Mercy went Gold with no hit single, and very little prom due to him being in prison, and it went real gold as in selling over 500,000 not shipping.

There is no doubt he isn't as big as he once was, but this is the same type of situation with Jeezy. No hit singles, push backs and people claim he was down and out, shyt I was even believing it for a bit. Drops that 103 and a Gold album. Now Ross does the same thing, sells are similar and he is one of the hottest according to a lot of people. That's not to say you like Ross, or whatever because I have no idea. That is to say that an artist like T.I. is judged by harsher standards. This album will go Gold, will have an average first week, and he will be fine. Oh and where is Future's album sales at? Some people sell singles, other artist sell albums. Watch.

I agree, hopefully all of this falling off talk ends now.

Trap Back Jumping :whew:

Hello :ehh:

I think its going to be better than Paper Trail, T.I. vs. T.I.P.,No Mercy, and I'm Serious..

Probably not better than Trap Muzic, King, and Urban Legend.

TI vs. TIP was hella dope besides the Wyclef shyt and I'm Serious had classic shyt that people still play till this day, he is defined by songs from that album.

His new music stinks though :manny:

"Pluto" was rushed, btw. Next album moves 100k first week, bet. And I really cannot see T.I. going gold with this album under any circumstances, to be honest.

Jeezy never fell off, in my opinion. And he's kept it street from day one, never switching up, while T.I. has experimented outside of his realm of hood music. I used to be part of his core fanbase, that would cop every album, but I'm not anymore. Too many bad singles, too many pop features, too many pushbacks, too many trips to jail.

Instead of doing Jeezy numbers, he's going to sell like the RED Album, which was what, 98,000 first week?

Yea it was 98,000 first week. I believe it will go Gold, might take a few months which again is a fall of from what it used to be. As far as your original post, you were only talk about charts, not quality. I disagree that the quality is bad, I like Trap Back Jumpin, Here Ye Here Ye, Go Get It, and Hello. The chorus ruins Sorry for me so ehh. You can talk about the singles and features, but this album really hasn't been pushed back. He mentioned the album he was working on, was quiet for a while and no singles charted. As far as Jail, sure it hurt him he will probably never see Plat again but people said his last album wasn't going to sell and as I mentioned on the previous post which you did not address is fukking No Mercy went Gold. TI's fans buy albums, and they will buy No Mercy as well. Should be fun to watch.

Oh, and Future will never see 100k in a week, how much did he do with Pluto's first week. No shots either, I have no clue and am way too lazy to look up Futures album stats.

First week sales? Thats what I'm saying he isn't going 100k in one week. Is that what Pluto did first week was 200k?
40k with nothing on the radio, very little promo, no big name features, nothing.

But man, when "Pluto" dropped, Future didn't have half the buzz of what he has now.

It's impressive he is over 200,000 when he only did 40k the first week. I will give you that.

im a future fan but i gotta call your bluff on no radio play, he had racks, tony montana, magic, and same damn time was out on the radio at time of release all which charted, the album wasnt promoted or maybe budgeted correctly but future had been on a two year mixtape run so his album was due. TI and him shouldnt even be mentioned together from an artistic standpoint and TI is a established artist, the game comparison is fair although i believe TI will reach gold

Only one of his songs did well and continues to do well in Top 100 ("Turn On The Lights" which has peaked at 50) and he was "ok" by Urban radio standards with "Lights" still being his highest charting single. And this was only AFTER Epic realized the lightning in the bottle that they had.

You can't compare him to T.I. yet, but you can make a case that he's on a an upswing of right now.
