This thread is crazy to me.
I grew up in GA in an all Black community during the 00s and I remember quite well that TI had the city on lock way more than Luda. Luda is obviously loved and was an ATL legend before he even started rapping but when it came to the rap game, TI was more respected as an emcee. You played TI albums while only listened to Luda's hits. And it's not cuz of TI being more street. He was lyrical, southern, could make every type of song and create quality, cohesive albums.
I guess the rest of the nation saw it differently like I know White people like Luda way more than TI
IDK but they both doing their thing in the acting world. Well TI was doing well.
