7 Inch tablets are probably the best bet for people.

Nexus 7 right now or wait until the iPad Mini refresh...that struggle screen on the iPad Mini

10 inch tablet I would go with a Surface Pro tbh. A full desktop OS on that screen size would benefit me the most...wait for that firesale.
