Its very good but its also very old. Graphics haven't aged well. But gameplay is piff if you liked fft you'll have fun with this
It's supposed to be good (I own it but haven't played it) but it's on PSP, not Vita.

Yes, you can play certain games, but they have to be digital. This sale is for the physical version of the game. The Vita can't read UMDs.

Yes, if PSN has the game listed as compatible with Vita. It's also possible to play games that aren't officially supported by transferring them using the PS3, but I have no idea how that works.
