Don't smoke, Don't drink and i have stop eating alot of my demons french fries and french toast..
just getting my weight down is the key now.. broke my ankle and was laid up in bed for 4 months and blew up.. but i'm working on that, plus i eliminated the negative vibe ( people ) out my life and do my dirt by my lonely...
now i'm healthy and have my own money.. can't complain except for working

Sorry about ya pops breh but glad he came thru, maybe not to your extent but I know how it is breh, my pops has had to have 3 emergency heart surgeries in the last 15 years, last one was a triple bypass 2 years ago on my 24th birthday, doctor told him to stop smoking and change his diet after the first one, he still aint did it
