I attribute it largely to the significantly lower barrier of entry into the rap game these days vs. back then. Most rappers back then were less deep in the street elements and with the music industry structure you had to dedicate more time to your craft to make it in.At least they were using their hands.

The worst thing about this social media/always connected era, is this man didn't even have the respect to die without his family/friends etc having to relive that shyt 1000s of times since the videos are out there. Same w pnb. First inclination of people is to film, and I can get it on some level, sometimes that's helpful l, these media outlets and clout chasers just wanna profit off another man's death. Sickening.
