R.I.P. to that talented young man, really sad. I knew several people back in the day who accidentally got shot, crazy. If you are not highly trained and of sound mind enough (and comfortable enough), even in volatile situations, you shouldn't have a firearm.
Rap promoting the bang bang/violent lifestyle is a problem and I'll never knock anyone who wants to cast blame there...but the root problem is everybody having access to a gun. I'm not anti-gun...just anti-any body having one...because accidents and "shoot first, think second" incidents like this happen, often.
It sounds like it was a one on one and because his man was losing the homie/protection started shooting. Why? You break up the fight when your man starts losing...or start punching on the other dude. Why a gun?
Value each other man, we don't value one another's lives at all bro...so ready and willing to take a life and harm each other over basically nothing...some words...a misunderstanding, etc... I'm going to Paris in a few weeks, bout to detox from all this violent/depressing energy for real, this shyt is all negativity.
