This. People are going to write a thousand think pieces about rap, but this could have happened to anybody. Mixing the ego and bravado of a dice game with people being drunk and/or high is a bad combination. It doesn’t matter if you’re a janitor, doctor, or rapper if you put yourself in that situation enough times something bad is eventually going to happen. Anybody that has been around enough dice games has definitely seen how quickly they can escalate into some nonsense like this.
