it's a problem that rappers feel the need to be around and associate with this element in our community. add to it listeners expect rappers to be gangsta, hood, confrontational, etc, makes everything worse. yes, realistically it's a black community problem, not rap alone per se, but the fact rappers like being around this element is mind boggling.

i'm sure some of these rock and country singers came from white trash ass hickville, but how often do they go hang out at the local dive bar where meth heads and hells angels are beating each other down? how often do their stars who were from impoverished backgrounds end up dying or being shot as a result of trying to go back to their shytty environments and being around unsavory characters?

rappers need to feel more comfortable breaking off a check to help out the hometown and not trying to show face and stay hanging out with nikkas from the hometown who are full of bad intentions. nikkas need to be more exclusive with their circles, where they hang and who they interact with, drake told us - no new friends
They probably don't feel accepted by white society so they gravitate toward what they know where as white celebs from poor areas can still more easily assimilate into upperclass white society. Not saying I agree with the choice but I feel that's part of the diagnosis.

Man thats crazy
Nah this more of a case of jealousy. Uneasy feelings being in the room with the nikka that gets all the money and bad bytches.
I already alluded to this but I will ask again Athletes have far more bread than rappers yet why don't they elicit the same murderous hate or get in to some shyt like them. Why aint no one running up on Athletes and trying them like they do rappers

Did someone throw a punch at the end? Right before the shooting started?
The person he was talking to before saying let’s go is MIKE PRINCE. I believe he’s J Prince brother or something. He’s always around artist when they come to the city

I guess some rappers portray a particular image that athletes don't

From what I read, Takeoff did nothing. He was cool and chilling. Quavo was in an argument about basketball and his man pulled out first and started bucking. Takeoff got hit immediately, then might have got hit from the othet guys. So basically it was their own people who accidentally hit Takeoff, when he wasn't even in the argument. So I'm just wondering if it becomes a murder charge with Quavo and his people possibly getting hit with the charge.

After watching the tmz video it looked like the guy next to take off is the one who got hit first. Takeoff, for some reason, approaches the gun fire and then end up getting hit
