Agreed. Something just doesn't seem right. I know those videos weren't clear but not a single person even pointed him out in any of those breakdowns. Assuming he was the shooter, must have obviously come from the other "security cameras"
Yellow hoodie only getting booked for a gun possession charge is surprising to me. Looks like he's doing alot more around Takeoff then just standing there. Running back inside then back out to check for Prince Jr.
Would suck if all this ends with it just being pointed to as an "accident" - need to know who was shooting at who. I already find it weird that all these shots pop off for 5 seconds and then everyone is suddenly still standing around. You'd figure the fight would continue.

thats why circumstances around this case looks more than funny in the light. dude is a fall guy. dont take that long to make no arrest surrounding someone shooting open air in a small group of people in a private party.

Did you even read that. Does not seem open and shut at all. They don’t have the gun that killed Takeoff and the gun that Pat was found with is not the gun. Plus that article reads like Quavo’s crew started the thing, including the shooting. Not saying they did, but that’s what it reads like.
Why do they need the gun when he’s on video and they established it was him through fingerprint?
They established he was there and shot a gun. They have not established he shot first or shot the gun that killed Takeoff.
Yes they have if he’s the only one on video shooting in that direction.
They just have to establish that he’s the one in the video shooting.
Would having the gun be better? Yes. But they don’t need it
