Taker's career on the line, that stip killed any hype for Taker/Shane

Honestly, i was excited for this match. It cooled down a little bit, but really it still had me. I was thinking maybe Shane got the NXT gang to help him gain control of Raw or some other swerve.

But then they announced Taker's final mania if he doesn't win.

It completely killed any hype. Now we really know Taker's winning, and now it's just match with a foregone conclusion where your waiting on one big spot.

Stip should've been announced the week after the match was made but this whole angle and Mania itself definitely gives the "booked on the fly by the seats of ours pants" vibe
