Taker's career on the line, that stip killed any hype for Taker/Shane

Honestly, i was excited for this match. It cooled down a little bit, but really it still had me. I was thinking maybe Shane got the NXT gang to help him gain control of Raw or some other swerve.

But then they announced Taker's final mania if he doesn't win.

It completely killed any hype. Now we really know Taker's winning, and now it's just match with a foregone conclusion where your waiting on one big spot.

This Mania is looking fukking terrible

I doubt Taker's last WM match would be against Shane but if it is they got me.. I'm thinkin they should go this route:

since Shane bought WCW in the storylines and Sting (WCW) put the Authority out of power once -- have Sting cost Taker the match; Taker goes an entire year (shows up 3-4 times over the next 12 months) trying to get Sting and Shane finally allows him to do 1 more WM match next year vs Sting...... the end

There's really only 2 big time matches left for Taker to do: Cena and Sting

Already did the Lesnar rematches, Wyatt Family feud and Kane reunion... there's nothing else to do

He said the same thing about Cena before MITB 2011 and they brought HHH as a new authority figure and John wasnt fired.

Same thing could happen with Shane taking control of RAW if he wins.

I don't think the E would taint that concept with one of their greatest creations

Really wish he got his sendoff post Lesnar booking Taker at Mania at this point is pointless the streaks over so who cares unless he's fighting for a title. That match with Bray last year was a glorified divas piss break match it meant nothing. I don't mind the career or his mania career being on the line Vince obviously just winging it right now he just trying to build interest up and probably take the heat off of Reigns and making this the actual main event to close mania.
