These are phrases I've learnt on the coli and man am I feeling it right now


I had a massive e-mail war with a lecturer about a grade and his boss in the end came out and took his side and handed me the most pimped out back-handed virtual bytch slap. "The A was generous given the mistakes you made" (it was 1 mark away from a B, evil woman)

This is going to be real hard to swallow


I feel like responding and giving my own back-hand but...you don't do that to a lecturer, they talk so all that's left is

I watched a YouTube video which advised women to hit on men just to get used to taking the L so they become immune. That seems like terrible advice

The only L a female can take is at a job or in a classroom?

Yea, you sound like a college chick. Young and idealistic about the orifice you sit on and how much value you place on it.....thinking that's how much value it actually has. Many women make that mistake and they all end up being a taught series of harsh lessons in the real world.

But rest assured, there's going to be some dudes in your future who are going to hand you some serious Ls. I mean Ls that will test the levels of your self-esteem and self worth.

The type of L that happens when he smashes and doesn't call back after selling you a line of good ol' fashioned bullsh#t.

The type of L where you find out he's been cheating on you ever since the beginning....and you're choice B while the other chick is choice A.

The type of L where you want to marry him and he hits you with the "yea, I'm not ready for that" i.e. "I'm not feeling you like that" i.e. "I don't want that with you but I just bought the ring for choice A."

The type of L where you walk into a club to find him hugged up with your best friend or cousin or sister.

The type of L where you go through his phone and find out he's been telling some other chicks that he "doesn't have a girlfriend." Got you feelin some type of wwwaaaaayyyyyyyy

If you think that this is only kind of L you can get as a chick, you bout to get that work once you leave that college campus. That ego is always a killer....for men and women alike.

But yes you and @Rawtid make valid points. Liking a guy and him not liking you back stings. Hasn't happened irl yet, should be quit the experience. What doesn't kill you...
