Taking the wife to LA for biz/pleasure trip. Staying in Beverly Hills. What sights, restaurants, shops, historical spots should we hit?

Best beach to just chill? Least amount of crazy and homeless peoples.

Best spot in the hills?

I liked Santa Monica but I’m not from LA and don’t know much of the rest of the beaches.

Santa Monica had a pier and rides on it.

Berrys is fire. Stk is a chain he can get anywhere and probably in his hometown
:hubie: its different levels of STK :hubie:

example: Vegas STK ambiance is unmatched and super strict dress code. Where as you can walk into San Francisco STK smelling like a pound of weed and wearing a full nike tech outfit :ld: 90% of reservations at STK tonight in San Francisco, wouldnt even be allowed to enter Las Vegas STK :ld:

on the flip side, San Francisco STK has birthday presentations that you wont see in Vegas :ld:

Also Bay Area just only recently got a STK, so im not even sure where hes from even has a STK (I dont know where original poster is from)

I’ve always heard this and a lot of people vouch for Culver but I never loved it and it personally always seemed mad far. Lol, I’m a studio city supporter lmao, especially if you just want to find a place that’s close enough but far enough away to get some peace lol
I think it's just the overall diversity, weather, youth, beach, etc.

The rich areas, hood, suburbs are all nearby as well as places like Baldwin Hills, Santa Monica, Inglewood, etc. are neighbors. Long Beach, San Pedro, Orange County are a pretty short drive on the 405 if you leave at the right time (at late night San Diego is only 1 hr 30 minutes away). I just feel like you get a cool vibe of everyone coming together and doesn't feel like an "ivory tower" if that makes sense. Food is the best around the surrounding areas as well as it feels a little more authentic. It just feels like "the people" and locals are out here. I guess I'm a little biased towards West LA though and could speaking on the year-round, day-to-day.

If you want to get in the mix Hollywood is about a 20 minutes away, go right up Fairfax and The Grove is right there. Low key part of the atmosphere are the drives to get there.

To be honest, I don't spend much time in Studio City, most times when I head out to the Valley I run up the 405 because most of my wife's friends are in Woodland Hills.

Someone said it above, but hit up the Broad Museum in DTLA. It's a free museum, but you have to book it in advance. Lots of dope artist there. Basquiat paintings are there and they have a Keith Haring exhibit going on right now, the Keith Haring exhibit is separate from regular entry, you have to book way in advance. Also get in line to do Yahoo Kusama's Infinity Mirror Room.

Next door there is a big Basquait exhibit which costs $25 and you are next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

CATCH LA is supposed to be a good place to get some food and possibly see a celebrity if your girl is looking to do that. It's a rooftop restaurant. Book ahead as it is packed and hard to get into.

Breh, I didn't either until I checked in Cosmo and my front desk person told me. When I tell you it's top tier :banderas: the French toast is heavenly and the steak and eggs are perfect. Sliding in that bytch in shorts is the cherry:blessed:
