I'm going to Cabo next month so I cleaned up my diet to cut body fat.
Cut out all the processed foods and wack carbs... only eating things like fish, chicken, oatmeal, egg whites, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cucumbers, spinach, the occasional filet etc... now.

I mean they pass much more easily and I only wipe out of habit now (toilet paper is mostly clean after wiping... dat fiber lifestyle
) but I wasn't expecting the mass of feces to drop this significantly.
Am I doing it wrong or is this normal?
