Chloe is a damn knucklehead. She almost always requires the worst choices. I haven't made a single choice she's liked.

Tales from the Borderlands was my shyt, arguably the 2nd best telltale game of all time behind only TWD season 1 :banderas:

Almost done with Life is Strange. It's solid but I'd still say season 1 of TWD is above it. I have 1.5 episodes left. I couldn't imagine having to play this as the episodes were released. I'd rather be able to play it all consecutively. I really dislike Chloe as a character. She's just a shytty person.

Well, (don't read this until you finish the game)

You can kill her off at the end of the game :manny:

Beat the game. It was solid but nothing mind blowing. It was a good weekend romp though. If I had to score it I'd say 7.5 out of 10. The ending was pretty powerful. It kinda hit me in the chest. I mean I ain't cry or nothing but I felt it.

Chloe showed enough growth by the end of the game that ultimately when the time came and I had to do that I didn't want to do it. I mean I still didn't hesitate to do the deed but I felt bad about it. Especially because at that point she had grown enough as a person to make that call herself and say it should be done. A far cry from trying to steal money from handicap people. That last episode got very weird.

All in all Chloe was a good character even if she wasn't very likable. I find it funny that all the decisions you make in the game are completely meaningless because you really only make one decision that matters the whole game at the very end. That was even worse that what Telltale does.

That scene in the bathroom at the end of the game where she had to sit there and listen to her friend die knowing she could stop it but knowing she shouldn't, top 3 most emotional moment in a video game ever for me behind Clem and Lee at the end of the Walking Dead and the end of chapter 15 Brothers Forever in Tales of Xillia 2

Started playing Tales. These games don't compare at all. Life is Strange is more of a serious drama and Tales is more of an action comedy.

It doesnt change the end, but
she sends you letter saying thanks and telling you how her life is better wherever she moved to

I saved that character. They really didn't play a major part after that arc.

And ultimately your choices aren't really that important. It's unfortunate but that's just how it is.

Tales from the Borderlands is better than Life is Strange. It's at the least on par with The Walking Dead season 1 if not arguably better.

Told ya, LIS doesn't have the replay value that Tales has and it's more "fun" imo.
