Everybody saying this in this thread is 10000000% on.Talibs philosophy on dealing with social media trolls, whether that be white Supremacist, hoteps/ADOS, is to go at them full speed and call them out.
Any time ppl comment on his post and say “Talib, just ignore them” he get mad at them too
I agree in his approach in principle about exposing trolls but you gotta be disciplined in how you do it.
Talib even had people threatening to kill him on twitter for exposing white supremacists.
He really fukt up going at antonio moore and yvette carnell last year.
It makes me respect Mos more cause he not on social media like that...Talib got too wrapped up in that twitterverse.

I cracked a joke about Kobe on his page and this nikka actually called me and wanted to argue with me about it

I've never had the thought of making a Twitter. Mostly because it seems like the only thing people give a damn about are celebrities/athletes thoughts and the common folk just react to it.

It's a shame. Talib is cool but I was always baffled as to why he didn't just ignore all the trolls like most celebs and public figures do. You can't kick at every single dog that barks. When people know they're getting under your skin (and they wouldn't if you don't even respond in the first place) they'll just be even more relentless.

I've met breh before. Sat down and had a chat. Blew my mind though he didn't understand what the word Kweli was or where it was from. Kweli is truth and it's in swahili. He thought it was Ghanaian. Even the pronunciation that he does is wrong. It's not Kwah Li. It's Kway Li
