That's too much money for that car. It only has the executive package and it's a 6 speed manual (which is a good thing but also has a lower MSRP by about $3k)
Don't ever pay KBB used retail value on a M4. BMW overproduces them. They are everywhere and a lot of people are trying to get rid of them. They are not as exclusive as they'd like you to think.

Here goes a M4 with the same miles, executive package, lighting package, driver assistance plus package, and adaptive M suspension for pretty much the same price.

No but I own a 435i which is a worse drive than it's predecessor. Most newer cars despite the extra HP have the life sucked out of them.So for you to suggest he get a 340i instead is just plain stupid.
