I mean, if we're being real the money isn't gonna be a problem I'm just cheap and I know I'm gonna feel like an idiot trading in a paid off car for one that's gonna cost money to upkeep.

If your car is paid off with no problems then keep it...:mjcry:

I wish I had something more reliable to drive, those parts and maintenance killed me breh... Every month I was shelling out $500 for car insurance and loan payment combined... and then when my charger started breaking down that's when it really hit me...

I really want a new mustang but I gotta be real with myself...:mjcry:

Gran Coupe hasn't yet officially been discontinued.

Just the Coupe.

Just to be clear this car will be just as expensive to properly maintain at $60k as it was at $120k.

You're looking at $5k - $8k a year.
They're both getting discontinued breh. You know its inevitable.

Once the new year models come out the price will drop even more on 2014-16 cars :ahh:. Saw a 2014 3 series for $22,000 with 42,000 miles in westbury. That's gonna drop soon. How expensive is maintenance compared to Japanese cars? I'm looking at either that or a Maxima. I've got a lot of those listings saved too.

Nice ride man, congrats. If keeping long term, there's only one rule to follow with BMWs...change the oil every 7500 miles (10,000 max) and you won't have half of the problems with the turbos or seals vs. following the maintenance indicator.
