I'm a dude over 6 ft and I never really got into tall girls like that either I can't put my finger on it but there was always something that seemed masculine about alot of taller women. 
It's not that I'm insecure or anything but it's more attraction based, I always liked shorter girls that are like 5'0-5'5 because I like petite females and I think it's more feminine.
I would still fukk with a girl that's taller than that but no taller than 5'10 because at that point when she wears heels she'll be face to face with me
