The Jewish ethnicity has members of several ethnicity. The tying aspect of it being culture which is heavily rooted in religion.

Your key counter argument is about how there is no violence involved stemming from Talmud (debatable ). That's where you're wrong again. Israel has clear documented cases of several prominent officials abiding and advocating "we are god's chosen people and above everyone else" mantra. These are present acts. No, they are not terrorist acts for the most part, but still stem from religious sources. Zionism is a religious concept shrouded in everything but religion.
