thats what the caller said, in the video it just shows him brandishing it and pointing it, its not clear who or what he was pointing to

Nope a person walked by and seemed to share a very normal "hello" with him. Didn't see anybody scared.
The "rec center" is the park, there's no real Rec center there. And the "park" is just a huge open field just like the ones in those totally normal YouTube videos

they can go out anytime they want, i just think its crazy for him to be in a park by himself playing with guns and pointing it at people
it depends, 12 year olds cant play with a bb gun by themselves in a park, thats abnormal, strange and nuts, no parent in their right mind would let that happen
unless you have absent parents and a broken household then its ok, apparently
that there were no parents around and a park is public and its not ok to point guns randomly or at people, its sad that i have to explain this, there is something wrong with you if you dont understand that
