The cops TACKLED his sister who ran over and put her in their police car. Meaning he died alone and handcuffed.
The only person to start trying to save him was an FBI agent who happened to be near by.
Oh of course he was 12, the cops pulled up within 5 feet of a "man with a gun," and shot him within 2 seconds of stopping their car.
