Hm... I've been considering buying a Wii U and I did get a nice tax return. Might have to buy the Wii U, use the $50 gift card and buy two games and get one free.

the return value of any one game is 1/3 of what you paid. that means you have to return all 3 games to get back 3/3 of what you paid or all of it. it was done that way to block people from buying this week and switching out a game next week because the individual return value will always be lower than the retail price of a new full priced game.

truth is 3 games cost $180 so if you bought during this sale and switched a game out a week later your final out of pocket cost will still be under that ($140). you'd still save $40 vs buying the 3 individually.
Well that was a nice try at addition/subtraction/division/fractions/etc. But let me break it down visually so there will be no more "division" between us (terribly bad joke done on purpose ftw)

If a game cost $60, then breaking it down into 3rds, 1/3 = $20.
If Target will give you $40 credit on a return, than that would be 2/3's like I was saying, and not 1/3 like you have suggested.
I hope this Math lesson has been as fulfilling for you as it was for me :handshake:

The only way you can "come up" is by copping the deal at target and then going over to walmart to return it without a receipt for a giftcard...which can be called fraud btw

TYRONE GA!
No. return value of any one of the three games is 1/3 of what you paid. If you got 3 $60 games the return value of any one of them would be $40. This also means you could buy 3 games and return 2 and get the 1 game for $40.

I'll prob do this for The Show PS4

It's 1/3 of the total price paid not 1/3 of an individual game's price. If you paid $120 for 3 games then you get 1/3 of that $120 back per game you return. If they have you 2/3rds back per game that's $80 for one game and they don't even retail for that.

OK
:patrice: This is a good deal, but there's really not anything that I want for the PS4 right now..I might cop the FFX HD and trade the other games to Walmart for some PSN cards
