Thank you. I been said these companies have so much fukking bloat and redundant pointless positions it's ridiculous. The writing was on the wall during covid when they were sitting at home while all of us 'essential workers' were still working. These jobs are low key pointless in the numbers they were in. The fact Elon came in and laid off 80% of twitters workforce(all office staff mind you) and they didn't miss a beat should have been a big red flag to them too. I remember them positing videos about how little they actually do during the day and actually posting it to social media telling on themselves. It was bound to happen eventually.

Target been on 4 year slide in profitability, lost a major driver in Ulta, and has to reposition itself in the market as a "luxury" or "premium" retailer in the face of recession with a bleak outlook. Yeah they are going to have to trim the fat.
