At the same time, he's still putting really smart interesting people in the same movie as people who really should not have an audience at all, like Frances Cress Welsing, Phil Valentine, and Shahrazad Ali.

I'm just glad that he was able to step up the production values a bit with Part 3. The quality is almost night and day when comparing it to the 1980's PBS vibe the 1st one had.
