Nah... he didn’t get what he “deserved.” If he didn’t verbally or physically attack the dude, what happened in the video was unnecessary. If the dude is getting so frustrated that he can’t do his job, ask for the manager and keep it moving. Luckily the dude wasn’t violently unstable or he could have put himself in danger for nothing. I will never understand what triggers people to start recording random disagreements with people (unless it involves or could potentially involve the police).
