This kid or any other kid and/ or adult with mental illness shouldn't take on a customer service job because these situations will happen regardless and you need some type of patience and backbone. Camera phones have also been around for quite some time so it's hard for me to sympathize on a grand level but it just sucks a kid was put into that situation and have it be posted online...at least he wasn't shot dead by police like other youth that are nonwhite. There are a ton of people with issues like this. I actually had to help a female friend last night deal with a panic attack over some drama.
