You guys do know they have medical tests especially in American consulates on the African continent right or they need to show up with proof that they don't have communicable diseases. I am sure it's not only Africa but developing countries in the world where the medical infrastructure is not good.
Going across the Atlantic is not as easy as crossing the border especially post EBOLA. in few years back in West Africa. WIth the stigma that Africa still has in terms of diseases, the overwhelming majority of those who make it to the US are in extremely good health due to all the checks and regulations they go through.
