Say what you want about Tariq, but one thing you have to admire him for is when this guy says he's going to do something, he fukking DOES it.
Dude says, "I think I want to do a Haitian doc" after an event happens and a month later this guy has a teaser trailer up with shot on location footage and interviews.
A few months later he drops a heavily labored on 2.5 hr documentary. Dude says he wants to make an app to compete against Facebook. A year later he does it.
You know how long I've been trying to get some of my projects off the ground? I always have some dumb ass excuse and you do too with your goals and aspirations.
Hustler or not, that deserves props man.
You can disregard the man and his materials but that one aspect about him is something you have to salute.

IMO, his content has gotten better.
