You'll be waiting for a long time. People are getting hip to his game. He's not interested in teaching his audience anything and when he's wrong he just either ignores the contradictory evidence or he accuses you of being a c00n or white supremacist. His work is a great gateway to black consciousness and empowerment theory but if you look closely you see what he's doing and what his endgame is.

notice how every single time you argue with a person that doesn't care for voting and is doped up heavy on YouTube they never can come to any conclusions on what is to be done outside of electoral politics

they are left with an outlook that is mentally, emotionally and spiritually dead, and slowly but surely they find themselves buying into a hole of hopelessness and fatalism

while youtube/twitter talking head is kicking their feet up and enjoying the spoils off of the disenfranchisement, frustration and despair of the people who look to them for answers.

I'm personally someone who never really put much faith into voting myself personally..

but i don't look down on those who do mobilize on the issues that directly effect them...

but notice!

even now, direct actions, of any kind are under the gun from the YouTube sages of today, quick to call everything that ain't about starting a business, meditating, holistic living or whatever as "doing too much, not on code, being too emotional and not logical etc." anytime you have people not voting but directly challenging authority or demanding more such as fight for $15, abolish ice, prison strikes things that directly challenge the status quo and white supremacy in some instances, it's not propped up as the latest police killing or service our youtube brethren are offering

shyt makes my stomach turn sometimes and i like Tariq, but shyt is clear as day what agenda is at the end of the day.

I just know how at times how futile our efforts are, I live by and remind myself of this
