Actually he didn't skip the part about Nick saying vote for local elections. Roland mentioned that yes local elections are important, but so are national because the president has a effect on government funding locally and things such as the supreme Court member selections and DOJ.

In the end I actually agreed with both Nick's and Roland's stance.
