Know your opponent. That's how anglos are. Sadly there were a lot of things left on the table for TN to touch on. For instance, gentrification. Banks wont give people loans (understandably) to people who are disenfranchised in impoverished neighborhoods to build it up but turn around and give loans to others to come in purchase the same property and land while in cahoots within appraisers to make low values of the homes so they don't have to lend as much. Other people gentrify the neighborhood and their other properties in the area values increases. It's deep with numbers to prove it. Laws and statistics are made vague for convenience and ambiguity.
