It’s not as hard as y’all make it out to be. I copied the following directly from the ados101 site.

1. An individual would have to provide reasonable documentation of at least one ancestor enslaved in the United States and
2. They would need to demonstrate they have identified as black, African American, Colored, or Negro on established legal documents for at least 10 years prior to the onset of the program

Ados has been very consistent if you’ve been paying attention. Take Kapernick and Stacey Dash as examples. Both are mixed, yet Kap has demonstrated he’s willing to make sacrifices for the good of black people, Stacy has shown she will sacrifice black people for her own gain. Same with a lot of immigrants. Malcom was a King amongst men and has paid the ultimate price for ados, while this bird consistently shyts on ados yet I NEVER heard her say anything bad about her island side and you seriously questioning why we don’t consider her ados? They showed where their hearts are...It’s not rocket science

Most Millennials are only 5 or 6 generations removed from slavery.

My Patrilineality is 5 generations removed from slavery.

It's not that hard to find out who was your Great-Great Grandfather was breh.

Most ADOS family members in their 70's and 80's can tell you all of the information that you need to know.

And this information is also easily accessible public records.

First, I gave those 2 examples because those are the 2 that immediately jumped out for me to point out. Im sure I could find more if I tried.
