He has turned into Alex Jones and sadly, he been doing that within the last 4-5 years. I think the difference is, he never attacked other Blacks unless that person decided to be a c00n or was a c00n. I see why nikkas listen to him. He is funny and says funny things and sometimes his opinion in interesting in a Colin Cowherd way. For me, what I used to like was his attacks on twitter of the white supremacists. Till the gov't brought them boys to his home, he was Twitter gold. I liked his Twitter more than I liked him. I have to say I was biased v. Black feminists too. We saw eye to eye there. Even if many of the things he did was wrong, I felt they hated Black men just based on my personal experience on LSA.
So when guys ask, why did you ever like Tariq:
1. His Twitter - 2015-2017. His shyt was on fire.
2. His Black Feminist takes - I was banned on LSA and blocked from 100% of Twitter feminist pages on Twitter.
3. He was funny, his podcasts always kept my attention back in the days even if I agreed or didn't.
Hidden Colors gained him respect from many but that didn't appeal to me in terms of respect for Tariq.
What I didn't like even as a fan:
1. His attitude to his fans and other Black men was very demeaning.
2. He was strongly v. Black women dating non-Black men but really cared less what BM did
3. He held his tongue for his celeb friends like Mayweather while going all-in on people he didn't know or care about.
4. He never really thought shyt through. That shyt always bothered me when I was a fan. He just did things on the fly. Even Hidden Colors. Remember MoorUs.
5. He wasn't a man of his word. His word is the equivalent of Dre from Power. His word has always been shyt. - This bothered me the most, even as a fan.
He kept a nikka entertained. I'll say that much. I cut him off the minute I heard Yvetteisms, I knew right then and there, he is done for me. I knew it was coming. Yvette barely had fans, she would get 50 a month, started shytting on other Blacks and her subs grew like weeds. It was clear and Tariq saw it, Blacks hate other Blacks. That's why you got c00ns so passionate about some shyt they assume and is not even real.
