i'm not even a tariq follower, but be realistic. he definitely could have gotten a bigger space if he chose a different location to put it in, but he lives in and is from LA so it's not going to make sense for him to own/run a museum across the country.

I don't think a museum would be financially beneficial especially given the small size of the space. If there's no real revenue coming in, how long can you maintain the expenses?
I'm a frequent critic of Tariq, but I do believe Tariq seems solid enough to follow through on his word. He seems ambitious and he's obviously a hustler. So I'm guessing he's going to produce "something" out of this.
I think the better thing to do with the property would be to use it as a showcase. Such as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly events that can draw in revenue. This would take an increased marketing, advertising and networking effort on Tariq's part.
I would think that would be more profitable than a small "FBA" exhibit that will attract a very, very small audience and no repeat customers.

And I think people are just making fun of what he sold it to be. He woulda made it if he didn't sell it as this two story replica of the Kaaba
complete with a movie theater and various sections, etc. As it stands, I don’t think he has room to properly honor those that donated
