I'm from an area that's full of both FBA and non-FBA and there's no shortage of Black cops of both origins in my hometown.

According to Tariq, incidents like these should be happening at a high rate in places like NYC, Miami, and DC which have a lot of non-FBA's but that's not the case at all.
