I grew up in Sunset Park Brooklyn, I've seen a lot of black Dominicans ready to fight over being called black. There is some merit to what he says.

Tariq is throwing a monkey wrench in the liberal left’s agenda against the black community. These media attacks aren’t going to work because he’s grassrooted and is supported by the black community. When they pull these hit jobs it just reinforces his message. None of the c00n cooperators that they send after him will do any damage because he always has more support from within the community than they do.
