A plan B like a mfer that don't include politicians.. But the way people see themselves within this world, they really believe they can't do shyt without politics.. Which is only 50% true.
MAGA had a plan B like that (though it was halfass) and you see what's happening to them.

educate us on this plan and how you can be in a country and not a part of politics within it...

We had a plan where I live to move/open an account from the major banks, like Chase and Bank of America, into the black owned bank here..

Nobody wanted to do it.. Simple stuff like that, to better the community, can't gain traction.. But we can rally together to further other people's agenda. Which is cool, but what about an agenda for your immediate surroundings?

Bruh, at this point I don't see how there is no violent conflict. Not talking full on civil war, but I see lots of people dying in the near future and not from Covid.

and you would need to run a whole bunch of shyt through the local political offices for permits and licenses for building and whatever else. now imagine you get that community off the ground but ignore securing the political power around where it is situated. you are just sitting ducks and will be wiped out of existence like all the communities that were denied political representation then by the use of politics had their lands written of for redlining for highways and redevelopment for parks and it's like they never existed.

you simply can't sit out politics and definitely not anything local to wherever it is you build a community. how do you not see that especially given how politics was weaponized locally to destroy Black communites AFTER THEY WERE KEPT from representation? they keep you from political participation or you keep yourself from it the results are the same :gucci:

as long as you are in the land of America as define you have to be a part of politics in America ain't no ways about it.

Didn't deny any of the above..

But where we fck up at is we don't have nothing in place to begin with.. We cry about not getting any construction contracts.. Yet we have 0 black owned construction companies, that have the capacity to lay down a one mile strip of asphalt..

If Biden ear mark 20 million dollars in violence prevention money.. Where's the black owned non profit that was already established to receive that money? Or do we wait to set it up after the fact, and watch white non for profits get it, and come into our community to advise us about our youth?

I work in the building industry and it's probably the dirtiest industry. very relationship based and full of nepotism, scamming etc. For your particular vision you need Black clientele or people who are non bias to hire Black companies (but clearly counting on that is not reliable) knowing the industry. top jobs are handed down on reputation and word of mouth. I worked with a cac last year who flat out told me he ain't looked for a gig since 94. I get all my work based on my reputation and I ain't looked for a gig since my first year doing this, i contract my services out mainly to a property management company and another independent contractor. I'm not employed by either and have turned them down because I don't want to be their employee... I eat way better this way and turn down shyt jobs... Sadly brehs don't have the networks to secure these contracts alone. for everything to play out right there has to be a Black working class meeting a Black middle classes needs and demands. So that everyone is coming up together organically in an ecosystem that sustains itself.

Construction definitely is a dirty/crooked profession.. Ever heard of Walsh construction? They're located here, and through corrupt politics, got as big as they are now.. However, its still some small contracts available I know we can eat off of, if we had a small company set up like you mentioned above..

Im not denying the importance of politics. It just make sense to me that while battling the political system, we got some things we need to get in place to catch what we're fighting for politically..
