The task force think they are texting Cliff directly, but they not.
The Dark Hearts and Cliff are texting each other directly

They haven't explained how Jayson ended up with the phone yet. Ray's phone was taken by the F.B.I. and Ser Criston was texting Cliff with it. Now, it's shown that Jayson is in possession of the phone. Assuming whoever the mole is got the phone to the Dark Hearts.

Is this any good?

It's very good.
Be aware that it actually goes out of the way to NOT be a mystery show. I expected something more "True Detective"-ish...but right away they introduce you to the "criminals" and over the next couple of episodes they fill in their motivations. They introduce the idea that there is a "mole" character, then an episode later they let you know who it is. Then they introduce another "mole" working in the opposite direction. We don't 100% know for sure who that it yet, it's doubtful they will string that 'mystery' along until the finale.

..... i went back and rewatched the park scene and i still have no clue . . .. they clearly show Cliff sending a text to "Ray" that says "Here" and then it cuts to Jayson receiving it on a phone that he has in his hand . . . right before that - Grosso was on the bench sending a text that said "is that you" that was supposed to be going to Cliff from Ray's phone that they confiscated . . . .but when Cliff texted "Here" - there's no prior messages ("is that you") in the text app . . .. . then Cliff pulls over at some random spot - nowhere near the park benches . . . and immediately gets rear-ended ... but meanwhile he's in a random car that he stole from a parking lot earlier . . . .. its no way Perry and them could possibly know that it was Cliff in that car . . as far as i know - even the Task Force had no idea what he would be driving to the meet . . .. so that shyt didnt make sense either . . .. . fukk it . .. ep 5 in a few days . . . hopefully they fill in the cracks with some kind of twist - - otherwise it was just lazy writing / directing . .. . . supposedly - the "mole" on the task-force side somehow managed to give Ray's confiscated phone to the DHs and then the one Grosso had on the bench was a dummy phone . . . so that Cliff was inadvertently texting Jayson instead of Grosso . . . .. yawn . . .. . but we gotta think of it like this . . .. the structure of the narrative has two parallel plot-lines .. . we got Robbie who wants to fukk wit the DH money because they killed his brother AND he lost his wife when she abandoned him and the kids . .. . . then we got FBI Tommy Boy whose wife was murdered by his adopted son - who may or may not be linked to Freddy from the Philly DR crew . .. . both of them are the main characters of the show and i assume that the intention is to portray two sides of the same coin - basically how two different tragedies impact the survivors. . .. they hint at this with the strained relationship that both of them have with their daughters .. . . .. Robbie chose the Thug Life . .. . Tommy chose the "good guy" path . .. .. but im sure in the end . . .. everybody gets consumed by emotion and burns in the fires of Babylon. . . . .. peace to Thanos....

We know Grasso physically had the phone. Tom told him to message Cliff to meet at Bailey's.
Reading reddit they are torn between Lizzie and Grasso, they think the leak may be Lizzie and she swapped the phones
They said that when she was going on about soccer patches and nicknames or w/e that she may be covering for motorcycle club patches. Motorcycle clubs have patches with nicknames.
There was also the comment Grasso made about staties being passed through, meaning they dont really do a deep dive when they are assigned to a task team.

Then there is Grasso, the main thing going against him is Perry has Ray's phone with the Flyers logo. How does Grasso not know that isn't Ray's phone? He should be able to tell. There's also the scene in the park where Tom tells Grasso to message Cliff. He is texting "ATT Mobility Service", which doesnt make sense. This is when he texts "Is that you?" before they pull over the couple looking for their dog. Could be a production error though

It's definitely the boss. They focused on her when he asked if she got a update on the mole and as soon as he left in the beginning she called someone and told then "we have a problem"
