The media definitely wasnt hyping him to start over Teddy. That was only them racist ass cac fans who were. Yea Deion Sanders was a force both ways. Sure Lamar would feast as a receiver as well. But difference is Taysom is built like a fukking linebacker bro and has been consistent for 2 straight years. The praise he is getting is well deserved and the most of the praise is actually coming from the saints fan and not mass media. The media definitely was hyping him to start over teddy despite the fact that taysom had no accomplishments as a qb. And I’m not hating on taysom he played great in the playoffs but people are acting as though he’s the most versatile football player for being average all year long at a lot of things. He’s an average receiver, average runner, and average thrower.
No ones complaining we just find it odd that so he got praised for average stat lines throughout the year
I never seen Antwan Randle El get this much praise for doing the same thing taysom did but better

So we are getting so much information and highlights constantly and any remarks on any player are amplified by a 1000 rather praise or criticism.
